RETURN

We accept returns within 30 days after the customer receive the package. 

Return Method By Mail.

Condition of the return products: The product must be new, in its original condition, with all tags, components and original packaging. The product should not be damaged, washed or used.

Restocking Fee: No fee

Please contact our customer support at: help@bestname.easy.co to initiate a return. Returns that are sent without contacting us first will not be eligible for refund.

Return Label (Return Shipping FEE)

1. For defective products: This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way

We will pay for the return shipping fee and provide the shipping label through email. Please download/print the shipping label and send to the courier.

2. For customer remorse: This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.

It is customer responsibility. Thus, customer has to pay for return shipping fee. We highly recommend you use a traceable method and also send the tracking code to help@bestname.easy.co. You are responsible if the product is lost in the transaction.

Once we evaluate, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, the refund is expected to be arrived in 2-3 business days.

If you changed your mind and want to return product:

Usually we do not accept the change of mind and that is why no refund will be processed in this case.

Cancel (if applicable)

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hour to request cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled

Refund:

For Paypal Account: 2-3 business days.

For Credit card Account: 10-14 business days.

The exact length of time is dependent on your card issuing bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges/returns for unless it is our fault for sending the wrong items. For other reasons like printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

– Firstly check your bank account again.

– Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

– Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

– Finally, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@bestname.easy.co
